We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2020 we had to say goodbye to David Edward Prose (Christine, Texas), born in San Antonio, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward "Jack" Prose and Genevieve Irene Prose (Glover) of Ottumwa, Iowa; and his sister Judith Diane Servis (Prose). He is survived by: his wife Christine Kay Prose (Goode); his children, Amanda Kay Pruetz (Christopher Scott Pruetz) and Lucas Edward Prose (Candice Sheranne); and his pet Sugar Bear Prose.
In lieu of flowers, we ask to honor David's memory through donations made in his name to the Outlive Yourself Foundation, created to honor and support the gift of life through organ donation (214-522-0255); the American Legion Post 310 in Mabank, TX (903-887-3532); or to the charitable organization of your choice. David's family profoundly thanks the UT Health East Texas ER staff and EMS team for their extraordinary care, as well as the organ donation staff that worked to help him live on through the gift of organ donation.
