He is survived by: his former wife Anita Runyan; his wife Willie Atkinson Thorp of Chireno; his children, Robert E. Murray, Jr. (Patty) of Orlando and Vickie Murray of Palestine; his grandchildren, Colin Murray (Ashley) of Cedar Park and Shannon Bouoreaux of Pasadena; his great grandchildren, Piper Murray and Paige Murray of Cedar; and his nieces and nephews, Clifton Layton (Lynda Joe) of Huntington, Shirley Layton of Lufkin, Laura Earls (Leonard) of Summerfield, Betty Gipson of Lufkin, Paula, Debbie, Larry, Gary Murray and Pam Mora of Chireno.
