He is survived by: his parents, Buddy Copeland and Jessica Copeland of Chireno; his sister Brooke Copeland of Chireno; his fiancée Haydee Venegas of Chireno; his grandparents, Dan, Sheila Legg, Carolyn, Wingate, Chuck and Teresa Copeland; his great-grandparents, Martha Starkey, John and Brenda Wingate; his aunts and uncles, CJ (Wendy Copeland), Nic (Jennifer Copeland), Jon Copeland, Alex (Kathy Legg), Kristy (Timothy Forsythe) and Kim (Steve Hopkins); and his cousins, Carson, Zane, Avery, Briley, Elizabeth, Aubree, Olivia, Kyler, Kaegan, Kazlynn, Harlynn, Jacob, Madison, Dustyn, Lauren, Ryan, Chase and Ethan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home (2116 South St, Nacogdoches, TX 75964). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chireno Baptist Church.
