He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Etta Pearl Stelly; his children, Tommy Curtis Stelly, Jr. (Christine) and Porchnee Danyell Roberts (John); his siblings, Sheila Scott, Patti Regino (Michael), Ernest Stelly, III (Billie Jo), Stephen Stelly (Crystal), Troy Stelly (Kathleen) and Karl Stelly (Angelia); and his grandchildren, Adaisha Graham, Christopher Jones, Christiouna Jones and Christian Jones.
