She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorance Marie Thibodeaux Leger and Louis Paul Leger; her former husband Homer LeMaire; her husband Bobby "Pop" Brown; and her sisters, Genevie Graham and Joyce Guidry.

She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Waites (Thomas); her grandchildren, Cody Segler, Maddie Smith, Dustin LeMaire and Savannah Warden (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Chase Segler, Ryker Segler, Ranger Segler, Olivia LeMaire, Kayden LeMaire, Oaklynn Warden and Presley Jane Warden; and her brother Michael Leger (Anita).
