With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Lee Gilcrease Jr. of China, Texas, who passed away on March 24, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Letha Elizabeth Laird Gilcrease and Roy Lee Gilcrease, Sr.; his former wife Mary "Curly" Moore; and his sisters, Joenita Fregia, Sandra Sue Coggins, Dorothy Mae West, Elaine Fregia, Joyce Fregia and Lavee Gilcrease.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte "Naynay" Duff (Billy) of China, Mary "Sweet Pea" Jackson (Travis) of Coshocton, Ohio and Brighteyes Tanton (O'Neal) of Daisetta; his sisters, Marie Meeks of Hardin and Emma Jean Salvaggio of Brenham; and his pet Patches. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and his faithful companion.
