He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rita A. Dobbs and Jesse James Messer; his stepdaughter Dawn Bennett (Charles); his significant other Fredrica Messer of China; his brother Donald Lee Messer (Icee) of Hull; his grandchildren, Jayna Bryce of Fannett, Justin McMillen of China, Timothy Maness II of Daisetta and Breanna Mosley of Ames; his stepson Tim Maness of Hull; and his great grandchildren, Jarrett, Lanee, Khloe, Kinzlee and Carter.
