Fowler of China, Texas, born in Perry, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Fowler and Thell Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Jean Fowler; and his children, Severra Hudson, Willard Fowler and Joan Fowler. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
