She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Eckert. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Ladner of Katy and Alvin "Boogie" Eckert of Beaumont; and her grandchildren, Mondie Eckert McFaddin (Michael) of Austin, Misti Ladner Simms (Scott) of Denton and Kent Ladner. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
