It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Oliver (China Spring, Texas), born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Liddell and Merle Gene Oliver; and his nephew Trace Doty. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ivy; his sons, Steven Oliver (Christine), Jeff Oliver (Candice), Brian Ivy (Holly) and Michael Ivy (Kimmy); his grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Layne, Victoria and Paige; his siblings, Donald Paul Oliver and Connie Gene Doty; his niece Amy Hodges; his nephew Kyle Doty; his grandsons, Tyson Oliver, Jace Oliver, Braden Ivy, Austin Ivy and Colton Ivy; and his friends, Josh Gregory and Rodney Outlaw.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to China Spring United Methodist Church, the Thomas C. Oliver Scholarship fund through the China Spring Athletic Booster Club, or the China Spring Education Foundation.
