She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Elbert Henry and Hazel O'Neal; her husband Stephen Herbert; and her brother Pat O'Neal. She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Kyle Burroughs) and Mike (Donna); her grandchildren, Taylor Burroughs (Sandi), Paige Pabor (Ryan) and Hunter Herbert (Peyton); and her great grandchildren, Darcy Burroughs, Rowyn Pabor and Haven Burroughs.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to China Spring United Methodist Church.
