He was predeceased by: his brother Bobby Dean Dowell; his father-in-law George Herinckx; and his grandparents, Clovis Belvin, Ozella Belvin, Emmitt Dowell, Jewel Dowell and Luther Hendrick.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Dowell; his daughter Millie Cline (Chaz); his parents, Gene Dowell and Kay Dowell; his sister Laurie Yates; his mother-in-law Sandra Herinckx; his sister-in-law Stacey Herinckx; and his grandmother Mildred Hendrick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to Top Hand Cowboy Church.
