He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Casey and Emma Casey; his siblings, Jean Ivy and Margaret Ann Welch; and his son James Rhea Casey.
He is survived by: his children, Trip Casey of New York, Frank Casey Jr. of China Spring and Edna Casey Buro (Ricky) of China Spring; his grandsons, Jacob Casey, Dustin Casey and Brandon Buro; his niece Susie Luce (Jeff) of Barksdale; and his nephew Bobby Covington of Rankin.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Meals on Wheels – Waco, St. Jude's, or any cancer research organization.
