He is survived by: his wife Doris Light; his children, Rodney (Margaret Light), Sharon (Rodney Coleman), Janice (Mark Parnell) and Karla Kroll Verona; his brothers, Howard and Joe (Billy Joe); his half-brother Earl; his sister Nancy Pickens; and his half-sister Elizabeth Light. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
