He was predeceased by: his parents, Walden Buster Wagner and Connie McPeak Wagner; his son Kenneth; and his brothers, Claudie and Brent.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Wagner of China Spring; his daughter Audrey Rector (Riley); his stepsons, David Dean (Jenny) and Jamie Dean (Cassie); his grandchildren, Ciera Wagner, Ashly Jefferson, Brianna, Jacob, Victoria and DJ; his siblings, Marda Evans and Alan Wagner; his friends, Johnny and Donna Dodd; and also, Linda Stolle, Debra Eaton and Mary Lashua. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
