She was predeceased by: her parent Allie Miller; her husband John L. Faulk; her sons, John W. Faulk and James L. Perkins; and her sisters, Ophelia Hite, Thelma Bridges and Ruth Hooker.

She is survived by: her sister Mildred Smith; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Faulk; and her granddaughters, Tonya Tate-Perkins and Cynthia Tate-Perkins.
