She was predeceased by: her children, Cheryl Lewis Smith and David W. Lewis; her stepson Robert J. Hicks, Jr.; and her siblings, Douglas S. Coleman and Virginia Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Ginia Chapline (Michael) of Fort Worth, Ronald L. Lewis (Sherry) of Crawford and James G. Lewis of Valley Mills; and her stepdaughter Dawn Hicks Hall (Matt) of Hewitt. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
