He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Moore Sims of Childress; his daughters, Shanon Sims of Austin, TX, Sarah Sims of Childress, TX and Sharon; his son-in-law Chris Blackburn of New Braunfels, TX; his grandchildren, Jade Pleming (Adil Bel), Ashley Walker, Dakota Walker, Jake Walker, Jackson Blackburn and Sutton Blackburn; his great grandchildren, London, Paris, Kash Dixon and Novalee Walker; and his siblings, Marie Simmons, Sue Mock, John Sims, Martha Little and Sherry Gomez.
