He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lee Mills and Nina Faye Mills (McMinn); his sister Pauline Sutton; and his stepson Mark Moates. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mills of Childress, TX; his children, Ricky Dean Mills (Julie) of Clarendon, TX, Janis Walker and Karen René Maddox (Herman) of Vernon, TX; his stepchildren, Donnie Moates (Nelda) of Celeste, TX, Cindy Rufenacht (Dale) of Amarillo, TX and Susan Spring (Robert) of Orange, TX; and his siblings, Donald Mills of Texas City, TX, Stephen Mills (Charlene) of Gladewater, TX, Marie Lowe of Austin, TX and Danny Joe Mills (Carol) of Leavenworth, KS. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and numerous Cousins, Nephews and Nieces.
