She is survived by: her husband Walter of Childress; her daughters, Teresa Adams (Roger) and Karen McAlister; her sister Betty Taber; her granddaughters, Nikki Meachum and Kassi Lewis (Jerry); and her great grandchildren, Harlie Meachum, Thor Meachum, Tucker Lewis, Pennie Adams and Judy Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
