It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mickey Parnell in Childress, Texas, born in Lakeview, Texas, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lloyd Parnell and Virginia Campbell; and his son William Troy Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Julia Parnell; his son Richard Parnell (Joanne); his daughter-in-law Kim Parnell; and his brother Larry Parnell. He is also survived by three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
