She was predeceased by: her spouse Nevada Lee Cook; and her brothers, Don, Eddie Dale (Petesy) and Reese. She is survived by: her siblings, Marie Cruse of Turkey and Wayne Timmons (Elaine) of Holly; her sons, Randy Cook (Vicki) of Childress and Eddie (Kim) of Childress; and her grandchildren, Clint Cook (Sarah) of Memphis, Kala Podea (Val) of Melissa, TX, Emily Barclay (Kurt) of Prairieville, LA, Cody Cook (Sarah) of Kingwood, TX, Shelby Bocanegra (Sawyer) of Childress and Colton Cook of Childress. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or to the Westview Boy's Home.
