It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Caldwell (Childress, Texas), who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Rudasill Smith and L. W. Smith. She is survived by: her husband Ray Don Caldwell; her brother Dr. Leonard Smith (Bud) of Amarillo; her children, Dr. David Caldwell of Childress and Kristine Harlow of Amarillo; and her niece Heather Smith of Amarillo. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Samaritan's Purse.
