He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Matheny Rasco; his children, Brandon Rasco (Jennifer) and Amanda Adams (Wesley); his grandson Hudson Adams; and his stepgrandchildren, Xavier Koblitz and Ashley Koblitz. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
