With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joey Davis (Childress, Texas), born in Lockney, Texas, who passed away on March 10, 2020 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Mason Davis and Dovie Carol Davis (Auld); and his father-in-law Fred Wilks. He is survived by: his wife Shanon Wilks Davis of Childress; his children, Weston Davis (Jordan) of Van Alstyne, Jake Davis of Dallas, Austin Lankford (Taren) of Childress and Destinee Lankford of Childress; his siblings, Randy Davis (Heather Peck) of Indianapolis, Indian and Julie May (Rodney) of Elkhart, Texas; his sister-in-law Jolynn Darr (Gary) of Childress; his mother-in-law Sally Wilks of Childress; and his grandchildren, William Mason Davis, Tyrese Lankford, Ella Lankford and Maverick Pettigrew.
