He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Clifton Burrows and Lillie Mae Gregory Burrows; his wife Mary Ann; his siblings, Barbara Hughes and Darrell Burrows; and his grandchildren, Christopher Prather and Sophie Ann Burrows.

He is survived by: his children, Belinda Price (Joseph Stalcup), Dane Burrows (Jeanie) and Royce Burrows (Michie); and his grandchildren, Crystal Thomas, Aaron Burrows, Dalton Burrows, Dakota Burrows and Stormy Burrows Foster. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
