He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Norman and Chloe Hininger Norman; his wife Peggy Mahan; his daughters, Joyce Milton (Bruce) and Gayle Cannon; his granddaughters, Holly Moya, Mandy Husband and Alexis Cannon; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn Moya, Kollin Moya, Kynlee Moya, Kaden Husband, Kar and Leigh Husband.
