He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Lewis Bailey and Hallye Mary Wooley Bailey; and his siblings, Ronnie Bailey, Cleta Kaison, Larry Bailey, Wanda Meeh and Jerry Don Bailey.

He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Bailey; his sons, Randal Bailey (Kelly) and Greg Bailey; his granddaughter Ashley Fuston (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Hattie Fuston and Tyler Fuston; his sister Carolyn Bailey; and his sisters-in-law, Lolita Smothermon, Billie Burnett and Carrie White.

The family requests Memorials to St. Jude's or Childress Meals on Wheels.
