It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Whitten (Childress, Texas), who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Evans and Lona Burch Evans; and her husband Lloyd Whitten. She is survived by: her children, Charley Whitten (Linda Kay) of Childress and Odessa Channell of Hollis, Okla.; and her sisters, Betty Atchley of Childress and Nora Chandler (Charles) of Midland. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
