George Trent Obituary
The memory of George Trent (Childress, Texas), who passed away on December 5, 2024 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Trent and Thelma Trent (Gresset); his siblings, Francis Smith, Ben Trent, Evelyn Griffin and Barbara Jones; and his grandson Lloyd Ray Hoover, Jr. (Bruiser).
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Garcia (Danny) of Childress, Magen Trent of Childress, Ellen Gillem of Childress and Kathy McLain of Childress. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Childress Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for house plants.
