He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Leary and Hazel Leary; his wife Wanda Leary; his brother Dan Leary; and his daughter Julie Marie Leary.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Leary of Childress and Marvin Curtis Leary (Robin) of Portland, TX; his grandsons, Hunter Leary of Portland, TX, Haden Leary of Portland, TX, Robert Leary of Portland, TX, Michael Leary (Heather Leary) of Huston, TX. A and Casey Ray Sims (Jolene); his great grandchildren, Tristan Ray Sims, Riley Sims of Shamrock, TX and Nicole Yarbrough of Shamrock, TX; his granddaughter Courtney Sims Woodward (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Cameron Woodward of Seymour, TX, Collyn Woodward of Seymour, TX and Carsen Woodward of Seymour, TX. He is also survived by relatives and special friends.
