She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Springer and Mary Springer; and her husband John M. Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Lee Perkins of Childress and Sara (Josh Prater); and her grandchildren, Johnnie, Kaitlyn, Haley, Kendalyn Ethan and Keaton.
