With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Eldon Douglas (Childress, Texas), born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on January 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Eldon Douglas, Sr. and Mary Williams Douglas; his wife Betty Horton; his children, Jennifer (Stran Smith) and Charlie (Yulia Douglas); his grandchildren, Stone, Scout, Selah Smith, Scott and Jackson Douglas; and his sister Betsy Douglas of Albuquerque, NM. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, we request that donations be made to further research for the treatment and cure of elderly dementia, including FTD.
