He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Isaac Stackhouse and Iris Essie Cupples Stackhouse; and his brothers, Jerrold Stackhouse and John "PeeWee" Perry. He is survived by: his wife Jan of Childress; his daughter Sheila Lutz (Randy) of Houston; his stepson Michael Head of Childress; and his siblings, Clara Trimber of Sunset, Texas and Niles Stackhouse (Karen) of Colt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
