He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bailey and Hallie Bailey; his parents-in-law, George and Kathleen Pierce; his daughter Mary Cross; his son-in-law Craig Cross; his son Larry Glenn Bailey; his grandson James Lee; his siblings, Wanda Meeh, Ronnie Bailey and Jerry Bailey; and his sister-in-law Lois Crone.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi; his daughter Connie Ferrell (Mickey) of Vernon, Texas; his granddaughters, Crystal Thomas of Shreveport, Melissa Harper (Mark) of Childress and Cortney Brown of Childress; his great grandchildren, Billy Brown, Jr., Kala Brown, Hannah Brown, Bryton Brown, Mason Harper, Brandon Harper, Jaxyn Thomas, Sheltyn Woodford, Morgan Waggoner, Wes Waggoner, DeShae Hinton, A. J. Bradley, Jayda Moore and Nicholas Watts; his great great grandchildren, Brooklyn Hinton, Kase Waggoner and Sam Waggoner; his siblings, Gilbert Bailey (Bobbie) of Childress, Carolyn Bailey of Plainview and Cleta Caison of Amarillo; and his siblings-in-law, Liz Denham of Amarillo, Diane Pierce (Clinton) of Amarillo, Violet Waller of Amarillo, Nellie Lambert of Amarillo and Gene Crone of Del City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
