It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Swain of Childress, Texas, who passed away on January 28, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allen Swain to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Evers Swain, Jr. and Connie Kerr Swain; his sister Patter; and his son Brett. He is survived by: his wife Denise Swain of Childress; his children, Marc Swain (Diane) of Arlington, Jennifer Vehon (Matt) of Pea Ridge, Kirk Swain of Childress and Christy Hill (Billy) of Lexington, NC.; his grandchildren, Cameron Swain, Allie Swain of Arlington, David Swain (Lauren Olive) of Childress and Jessica Swain Hill of Lexington, NC.; and his great grandchild Gracelynn Swain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Central Christian Church (310 2nd St NE, Childress, TX 79201).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Central Christian Church, American Heart Association, St. Jude's or a charity of your choice.
