He was predeceased by: his father Jay Caraway; his wife Dean Caraway; and his mother Mary Don Otto. He is survived by: his wife Betty Caraway of Chico; his children, Bobby Caraway of Rotan, Jay Caraway of Chico, Sandra Strone of Poolville, Melinda Post of Tipton, Frances Monroe of Fort Worth and Donna Caraway of Chico; and his siblings, Billie Ann Long, Bertie Jean Lewis, Dorothy Nell Pittsley, Alice May Bear, Rhonda Gess, Terrie Caraway, Peggy Wigger, Sandra Caraway and Jay Allen Caraway. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.
