He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Parker Sr. and Bob Kelsey; his siblings, Linda Carter and Weldon Kelsey; and also Jean Parker Kelsey.
He is survived by: his wife Lan Parker of Chico; his children, Shanna Mowery (Jerrod) of Bridgeport, Michael Walker (Mae) of Wichita Falls and Jessica McDaniel (Josh) of Chico; his grandchildren, Lauren, Nikki, Aden, Marcus, Maddy and Jaxson; and his sister Rene Berg (Chuck) of Chico.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bill Parker Scholarship Fund at the First State Bank in Chico.
