He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Berry and Vesta Berry (Austin); his wife Laura Berry; and his siblings, Ruth Walker, Norma Sutton, Jessica Malone and Willis Berry.
He is survived by: his children, Wendell Berry, Jr. (Holly) of Bridgeport, Texas and Lindee Hand (Michael) of Chico, Texas; his grandchildren, Brent Hand (Stephanie), Brian Hand, Breann Cox (Steven), Connor Berry and Caiden Berry; his great grandchildren, Christian Hand (Becca), Camden Hand, Taryn Lunsford, Linden Lunsford, Kambree Hand, Abby Hand, Carly Hand, Cara Hand and Austin Cox; and his great great grandchildren, Westin Estep and Charlie Maldonado.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home (1401 Halsell St, Bridgeport, TX 76426). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bourland Cemetery (900 Bourland Rd, Keller, TX 76248).
