She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ables and Marie Ables (Kay); her husband Bill Forgy; her son Randy Forgy; and her siblings, Vivian Vaughn, Bobby and Tommy Ables.
She is survived by: her children, Angelique O'Kief (Patrick) of Chico and Clay Forgy of Hurst; her grandchildren, Chad Forgy (Jeannie), Gretchen Simpson (David), Sarah Hood (Brandon), Allen O'Kief (Kristy) and Jada Forgy; and her sister Virginia Travis (Bill) of Denton.
