He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Watkins and Bobbie Watkins; and his brothers, Brian Watkins and Tom Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Patti Biffar of Chico; and his children, Lauren Watkins of Lewisville, Justin Watkins of Houston, Aaron Biffar of Krum and Andrea Jones (J. D.) of Cross Roads. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
