She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Cleveland and Pauline Cleveland (Osman); her husband D. C. Webb; her son L. Roy Roberts; and her stepchildren, Donald Webb and Tammy Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Dee Ann Webb (Ben Carney) of Bridgeport, Serena Webb (JW) of Chico, Hope Dunbur of Krum, Tish Guel (Floyd) of Ely, Iowa, Eddie Roberts (Kathy) of Chico, Cody Roberts (Teresa) of Chico and James Roy Webb (Maggie) of Bowie; and her foster son Lee Hendrix. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
