He was predeceased by: his parents, Occle Lee Gee and Lenora Grace Gee (Jackson); his wife Paulette Carroll Gee (Byrd); his son Johnny Gee; his siblings, Sharon Skidmore, Sandra Davis, JoAnn Tucker, Sylvia Meador and Jerry Gee; and his daughters-in-law, Shannon Gee and Kristy Loveday Gee.
He is survived by: his children, Leon Gee (Lori), Kristi Gee Bullion (Anthony) and Jerry Gee; his grandchildren, John Dylan (Scarlett), Heather, Sarah, Kaiden, Braden, Nichole Gee, Trinity Bullion, Kourtnee and Cody Ireland; and his great grandchildren, Fable, John and Jhett Gee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
