He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ray and Dorothy Mae Mann (Lightfoot); and his son Terry Mann. He is survived by: his children, Crystal McCasland (Billy) of Chico and Bryan Mann (Tayler) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Hayden, Seth, Shyla and Alice; and his siblings, Pam Carlton of Rockwall, Cheryl Hutson (Larry) of Bowie, Deanna Stockard (Tony) of Bowie, Janis Dowd (Jerry) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Dustin Barker of Bowie.
