It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Larry Byers of Chico, Texas, born in Bridgeport, Texas, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimple Byers (Bean) and Johnnie Brantly; and his daughter Natalie Lachelle Byers. He is survived by: his children, Nathan Byers (Hayley), Colby Byers (Larisa), Tommy Maddux (Cathy), John Maddux (Sharifa) and Leslie Maddux; and his brother Kenneth Paul Byers (Tamme). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
