We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2020, at the age of 70, Joe Moore of Chico, Texas, born in Decatur, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Moore and Maxine Moore (Hall); and his son Joseph Dwayne Moore. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Freda Moore of Graham, Randy, Ashley Moore of Bryson, Kathy (Billy Richey), Becky Jackson (Donna Voyles) of Olney and Steve of Chico; and the mother of his child Barbara Moore of Azle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
