He is survived by: his wife Nora J. Crunk; his daughter Tammy Diane Martin; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lane (Nate), Mo Coffman, James Martin (Kelly), Kasey VanHoose and Tra VanHoose (Deana); and his great grandchildren, Madison VanHoose, Mason Martin, Kayden Lane, Wyatt Lane, Penelope Martin and Aubrey Martin.
