He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Isbell and Mabel Isbell (Reis); the mother of his children Betty Jo Davidson; his wife Juanita Isbell; his sons, James Russell Isbell and David Ronald Isbell; his granddaughter Shanna Marie Isbell; and his siblings, Rama Isbell, Cecil Isbell, Caroline Pullium and Eileen Smith.
He is survived by: his former wife Helen Louise Gee of Chico; his children, Scott Isbell (Jeanette) of Brownwood, Robert Isbell of Amarillo, Amelia Throneberry of Duncan, Oklahoma, Wes Isbell (Joann) of Seminole, Jackie Souther Jr. (Joyce) of Chico, Sharla Karch of Chico, Donna Armontrout of Wichita Falls, Louise Williams of Bedford, Jennetta Baker of Iowa Park, Kathy Buchanan of Moore, Teresa Williams of Wichita Falls, Bobby Williams of Iowa Park and Billy Williams of Denver, Arkansas; and his siblings, Donald Isbell of Wichita Falls, Michael Isbell (Jimmie Lee) of Iowa Park and Sherry Luke (Bill) of Burkburnett. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, extended family members and a host of friends.
