He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard and Patsy Jeannine Dunson (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Alicia Elliott; his sons, Brandon Dunson (Denise) and Travis Dunson (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Kamryn Lang, Gentry, Kyson and Jaylen Dunson; and his siblings, Kirsten Raines (Darrel) and Nathan Dunson (Shona).
