She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. Cheves and Iva Elizabeth Cheves (Nimmo); her husband J. Q. Cox; her grandchildren, Leslie Denison and Walter Dean Leaf; and her brother Norris Cheves.
She is survived by: her spouse John Q. Cox; her children, Connie E. Leaf (Steve) of Elmer, Oklahoma and Kent Cox (Marcie) of Chico; and her grandchildren, Brian Cox (Marisa), Bradley J. Leaf (Shelly), Hayli Hardin (Larry), Jeff Berres and Jamie Knochelmann (Andrew).
